Problem Solving Methodologies
– Heuristics Redesigned and Expanded –
One of the most common problems in society today is people’s inability to come to sensible conclusions, or just the general ineptness of being able to solve basic problems. This is a problem more prevalent in developed countries, paradoxically, despite the availability of resources and information, as opposed to developing countries, where people are forced to survive and figure things out, despite not having as much resources and access to as much information to help them achieve that deed.
Heuristics is something we tend to commonly use, most of the time subconsciously, which is basically a shortcut to solving a problem based off of experience or is studied. So, how can we design heuristics to be more efficient both in the general sense, as well as overall?
