Feedback is largely dependent on cause and effect relationships. Sometimes feedback is irrational or unexpected, and there lies the ideology behind why construction feedback methodologies is important. Not only can one study why certain cause and effect relationships happen, but can also experiment with funneling feedback in the desired direction based on observable results, especially feedback that deviates from the traditional norm. The result for human interactions can be reality altering.
